All of our buildings are manufactured by us in top quality Swedish redwood, shiplap, loglap and tongue and groove, not the less durable white wood as used by some other companies.

PEASE USE THE CHECK LIST BELOW TO COMPARE OUR QUALITY

• Check the cladding quality, we use redwood shiplap or loglap. Cheaper cladding could warp later.
• Check framing thickness, we use 2"x 1.5 inches (50mm x 38mm) planed and rounded on corners
• Check frame spacing on walls, if framing is spaced to far apart boards could warp.
• Check roof and floor construction, we use redwood tongue and groove to construct our roofs and floors.
• We do not use chipboard or OSB board both of which can blow if they get wet.
• Check number of roof purlins depending on building width, to few can allow roof to sag.
• Check the roof felt weight, our roofs are covered with 38kg green mineral felt for longer life.
• All of our sheds are fitted with a sloping window sill giving plenty of clearance over wall clading.
• All sheds and workshop doors are hung on three heavy duty zink plated T hinges and fitted with a 6" galvanised padbolt. Hinges and pad bolt are secured with coach bolts for added security as standard, not extras.  
• All summerhouse windows and doors are joinery made, doors are fitted with 3 lever mortice lock.
• All summerhouse windows are opening except Walmer bay window and Keston windows. Keston windows can be made to open please see price list.
• All buildings are treated inside and out as standard not an extra.We recommend another coat after a few months and then annually. All buildings are bolted together at corners, not screwed or nailed.

We at Invicta Garden Buildings believe that no other company in Kent can offer these high specifications at these prices. If you can find the same specifications at the same or cheaper price we will refund the difference or deduct 10% off our price which ever is the greatest.

We are so confident in our products that in the unlikely event of a defect appearing due to faulty materials or workmanship during the first twelve months from delivery, Invicta Garden Buildings will rectify the defect free of charge. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by others.

After your order is placed we will carry out a free site survey to inspect your base and access, this will give you peace of mind knowing that your building will be installed on the day of delivery.
