TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

(1)        All orders for Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd products must be submitted in writing on our official order form by the purchaser and signed. Any variations or alterations by the customer to the design of our buildings must be specified on the order form at time of ordering. Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd reserve the right to vary the design in the brochure or on our web site at any time without prior notice. Buildings made to customers specification cannot be cancelled after manufacture has started. Full payment is required for bespoke buildings at time of ordering. 
 
(2)       All sizes and specifications given by Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd are for guidance only and are not to be treated as binding of forming part of the contract. Sizes may vary slightly due to conversion from imperial to metric measurements. Building sizes are external. Eaves and ridge heights are internal. All timber sizes are nominal which is before machining. A customers signature on the order form is deemed as evidence of the buyers acceptance of these conditions.
 
(3)       The prices shown in our brochure and on our web site are inclusive of VAT. at the current rate.
Ordering offline a 20% deposit or full amount must be paid by cheque, credit card or cash at time of ordering. Payment by cheque shall be treated as received only when the cheque has cleared. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to delivery or building will be put on hold until full payment is received. You will then be given a new delivery date. All buildings remain the property of Invicta Garden Buildings until full payment is received.
If a cheque received from the customer is not cleared by the bank on the first presentation a charge of £25.00 will be made to the customer to cover bank charges and administration costs.
 
(4)         Ordering online full payment must be paid when ordering.
 
(5)         Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to deliver and install your building on the date given, Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of the failure to deliver on the date given and shall not give rise to the customer treating the contract as void or to reject the building.
 
(6)          It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a clear and level base is laid prior to delivery and installation giving clear access all around and above base.
Most buildings will not go through houses, garages or under archways. Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd must be notified of any obstructions at time of ordering. Panels can be made in sections for a small charge to enable them to go through houses, garages or under overhead restrictions. For health and safety reasons Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd employees will not carry panels over garages or other buildings.
Failure to notify Invicta Garden Buildings of any of the above obstructions or if base is inadequate the building will be left at nearest point for customer to install or a charge will be made if Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd employees have to make a return visit to install the building after customer has either rectified base or carried panels into garden.
Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd Guarantee becomes void if our employees do not install building.
Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury or death however caused to any person ,animal or damage to property or panels whilst customer or any other person not employed by Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd are carrying panels or installing building.
 
(7)           Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order, in such event all monies paid will be refunded. Invicta Garden Buildings Ltd will retain 20% of building price if building is cancelled by the customer less than 10 working days before delivery date to cover costs.
As timber is a natural product we cannot be held responsible for warping, splitting, shrinkage, knots or movement. This is a natural occurrence during changing temperatures and weather conditions.
