Main framework: 50mm x 38mm p.p deal doubled at corners.

Cladding: in either 16mm x 125mm p.p Swedish redwood shiplap or 19mm x 120mm p.p Swedish redwood loglap.

Roof: 16mm x 125mm p.p Swedish redwood tongue and groove on 50mm x 38mm deal purlins covered with 38kg green Mineral felt, facia and soffit boards.

Summer house doors. joinery made and hung on three ornate hinges and fitted with three lever mortise lock all glass supplied and fitted

Summer house windows.All joinery made top hung on storm proof hinges. Bay window on Walmer and front windows on Cranbrook buildings do not open. All glass supplied and fitted. 

Floor: 16mm x 125mm p.p Swedish redwood tongue and groove on 50mm x 38mm deal joists. All buildings are secured at corners with 100mm x 6mm galvanised carriage bolts and nuts.

All timber sizes are nominal eg. Before machining.
